Changing the Narrative of My Diet

It is almost a week since I started a keto diet. It is not easy. I am a lover of carbohydrates. I eat too much bread, cereals and of course startchy foods like potato chips. I had to give all of that up and move toward a high in fat diet. It made me think about narrative therapy where we re-write the stories of our life. See everything in a different way, we develop a story that we interpret in a positve way. My body is in the process of doing that itself. I am changing the narrative of my diet to find out a way that I can live in a more healthy way. Trouble with I am not 100% convinced that this high fat diet is good for me but at least I am keeping away from the garbage foods and snacks that I eat everyday. I will thank of how narrative therapy can help me more in this journey and let you know as my keto diet goes on.
