First Week of Keto Complete

I think it is time to think about what I have achieved in the past week, and what I want to achieve in the near future. I have lost some weight, my mood has improved and I am feeling positive because all of the food that I am now eating has a purpose. That is to improve my health, rather than just satisfy my cravings. I now need to set my goals. This is a strong point in the Solution focussed therapy that I also practice together with Narrative therapy. The first step is to ask myself why I want to continue keto. What is my purpose? On a scale of 1-10 how much do I feel that I need to continue this change in my lifestyle? I think it is an 8 at the moment because I am still not sure if it is helping me with the sport that I love, running. When I get more data regarding my running performance I may bring up my scale from 8 to a 10. Stay tuned.
