I Reached My Goal and I’m Getting Back to Speed.

I managed to run 10 consecutive kms in a time of under 5min km pace and completed this goal 2 days early. This gave me a lot of confidence that I can still run at a good pace without all of the carbohydrates from a normal diet. Maybe the keto diet gives me the fuel I need to get the job done. It is time for me to assess my goals. I need to ask myself questions like “Suppose I were to set a new goal. How would I adjust the goal to either maintain my performance of increase it?” I have decided that I would set new goals to increase my performance as I believe there is room for improvement. What difference would that make for me? I think it will add to my confidence and further test the abilities of my body under my Keto regime. I also may give myself a ratings out of 10 to assess my confidence in my performance. I give myself an 8. I know I can do better. It is important to reflect on your achievements, not be too critical but objectively look at how you can either maintain or improve yourself. You should not just achieve one goal and forget about it. I will keep reflected and come back to you with my new goals and adventures. See you soon!
