Just Do It for Your Mental Health

Have you ever found it frustrating when you start a project and you can’t finish it? Maybe you have some kind or idea for a business that you just can’t get started with or you could just be procrastinating in your study.

For me it, I always prioritize the important things and make sure that they are done, but there are always many things that I want to do that can’t be done. One thing that I have been successful in is completing a blog entry on this website every week. I have been blogging since August last year, this is my 54th post. If only I could see everything until the end.

I am not the only one that suffers from Disorganization and clutter or what I’d like to just call a lack of the ability to always Get things done.

It is important to improve this area of your life as it affects your mental health, including the usual conditions anxiety and depression. But it can also cause you to make poor decisions in relation to your eating habits, reduce your sleep, and increase stress.

Normally for me, I would write a list of the things that I need to do. It has always helped me during my university study years. I would chip away at that list until I complete it. That work was always done because it was important. But what about all the other things that I want to do?

I will look into some of the best ways to get things done and report to you next week, but I would also like to ask your opinion. Is there anything that works for you? Any tips. Stay tuned next week for some great tips to help you be more efficient in your daily life, and get your mind off things that you think you should have already done, and just do them.
