I, like many other people these days am addicted to TV. Now there are so many options. You have free-to-air, live streaming, traditional channels and you can even watch you tube on your TV. It is debatable whether or not sitting in front of a screen is educational. It could be, but maybe just in moderation. I often think I am wasting my life just sitting in front of the idiot box. Not to mention the harm that it is doing to my eyes. So, I decided to take a 2-week challenge. I have estimated the time that I take to watch TV daily and I will half my viewing time, and use the rest of the time to go for a walk. For me that is a pretty long walk. So, for people who like to watch TV in the evening while they eat. They can turn the TV off when they are finished eating, and go for a walk. It is likely to help digest the food and ensure you have a better sleep. I am hoping to gain some thinking time, lose some weight and of course improve my fitness. Are you up for the challenge?
