The End of a 24 Hour Fast

I decided to add a 24 hour fast on top of my new keto lifestyle. I thought it may help to improve my health or even help me to lose weight. I think I did get some benefit from it. After the end of the fast I did not feel that I needed to eat a lot. I became full quite quickly, and I didn’t feel as bloated as I’ve been recently while adjusting to eating a high-fat diet. After the first few hours I was feeling hungry already, but by the next morning I felt fine. I was feeling like maybe ending the fast early, but I thought that after all that effort, not putting in the final couple of hours would make me feel disappointed in myself. It made me realize how important it is to stick to your goals. One thing to ask yourself is, “How important is it that I complete my goal?” and “How would my life improve if I am successful at completing my goals.” Being successful in goal creation in one area can lead to success in other unrelated areas. If you really want it, you can do it!
